Now in its second generation, the Portable Beverage System has been redesigned with a new user interface, an improved measurement process, and a larger 7″ touchscreen for a faster, more intuitive inspection experience.
An ideal solution for beverage canners that want to visually inspect double seams but aren’t quite ready for an advanced measurement system. The portable system can also be used for quick visual seam checks at the line.

Which model is right for your operation? Base Pro
Both models accurately evaluate internal double seam dimensions, including Body Hook, Cover Hook, Overlap, and Seam Height. With the Base model, users manually place measurement lines and use the on-screen ruler to match their physical measurement, allowing the software to calculate the value. With the Pro model, users simply select Measure, and the system automatically places the measurement lines and calculates the values, with the option to fine-tune line placement if needed.

Mini Saw
The OneVision Mini Saw is a simple, portable solution for preparing beverage cans for optical double seam inspection. Designed for ease of use, the saw produces a clean, consistent slot through the double seam for viewing and measurement with the QuickViewer™. The saw uses a single, long-lasting blade with an easy-to-change design.

QuickViewer™
The QuickViewer™ combines a high-precision digital microscope and viewing screen in one compact, portable unit. Seam images can be viewed and evaluated directly on the built-in 7-inch touchscreen, eliminating the need for a separate laptop or tablet.
